So so sanitary, and professional. The instructions are so easy to follow. Everything inside the box is explained. All I had to do was drop off my sealed envelope at the post office. It was so convenient, really stress free. My results came within a week of mailing back my kit. I would most definitely recommend this kit to anyone that needs quick results and doesn't want to rearrange their schedule for a doctor's appointment.

This test was easy and fast. I got the results within a week and the instructions were clear and helpful. I thought that it might get really messy but it didn't and was really easy! 10/10 would recommend.

This product advertises that you will have results within 2-5 days, which is a complete lie. I sent my test kit in on Feb 7th and it is now Feb 19th and I still do not have results! I contacted customer service and their response was “oh well, we don’t have control over how long it takes for the test kit to arrive.” Which I totally get but that info should CLEARLY be on the box!!! They looked up my kit and it was received on Feb 12th. So if it is “2-3 days” that you get results I should’ve had them by the 15th at the latest. This product is not remotely worth your $$
