Overall I felt this did help boost energy levels. I was hoping it would also help with sleep at night (I’m quite the insomniac) but I didn’t feel like it helped much there. I feel great when I take this on a regular basis. I was able to order it before it ran out last time, and when I was able to take this consistently I felt more rejuvenated when I woke up after 5-6 hours of sleep vs waking up every 3-4 hours and not feeling like I’ve slept at all.
