I took a chance on these because of the dubious 5 Star reviews, however, I am more than happy with them and will give a balanced review based on my personal experience.I found them easy to set up and use and extremely reliable. I have not experienced any issues at all and they work as described in the product information.They are comfortable in the ear and secure. The sound is NOT crystal clear but good enough and there is NO hissing sound at all. Some people will find them a bit tinny and they do lack bass.However, they are the best ear buds I have used at low volume levels - most are still too loud even when you use a volume app, so they are excellent when used at night or in quiet areas/times (which is exactly what I was looking for).There was NO stuttering, dropout or interference and they connect easily. I have tested them on Samsung S4 Mini, S4, S7, S8, TV, Chromebook and Android Tablet without problems. If you want crystal clear sound and good bass then these aren't for you. I use a different pair of ear buds during the day and these are perfect for evening/nightime.The power pack charges your phone as described but due to it's size it is limited but will give you some extra emergency power should you need it.Because of the way I use them I have no alternative but to give them 5 Star's and would recommend them. I will be buying another pair. I hope this has helped you to decide. I have tried dozens of ear buds and left reviews for some of the best and worst if you wish to look. I have no regrets about buying these and find them better than most others that can cost four times as much.

Amazing S3X wireless earbuds.The bass is crystal clear from lowest volume all the way to max and never distorts the treble. Charge right out out of the box was great, the are very clear directions for pairing and all functions but I'm gonna go ahead and say these are smarter than the directions, it says you have to go through a whole process for pairing but I didn't, just picked it up it off the dock and it started pairing on its own (this was the left side) put it in my ear and held down the MFB (multi function button) and heard other on, out the right in my ear and nothing, well I did the common sense thing and held down the button to power it on, in 2 seconds I heard "power on" followed by "pairing" then "left channel, right channel" when it did left and right channel it was like it was sending text tone to indicate which one was which (love that feature) so you can't screw that up. The fit with the gels that come on the earbuds is great so I don't see a need in removing them to try the others, they fit nice and snug in my ear without feeling like their going to fall out. They don't "hurt or fatigue" my ear canal, I can't say much for battery life yet cause I've only been wearing them for about 4 hours but I'll update my review on battery life about a week. But this far this is honestly the best set of headphones/ earbuds I've ever owned (gone from beats all the way down to the cheapest) after about 200 sets.
