Ok...I normally do not leave reviews because most items are generically standard performance items. HOWEVER, I must say I was extremely surprised and impressed by the operational performance of this AC unit. First, it's 'small', about 2/3rds the size of my other portable room AC of 12,000btu. I was certain that the 16,000btu rating on this unit was a little ambitious, so I decided to prove the point by testing the unit using an AC output thermometer (as I was certain I would be sending it back). It took 5 minutes for the unit to stabilize and put out a consist 41-degree Fahrenheit airflow. My front room is 25ft x 30ft and this little unit was cooling it without effort. Also, the noise level, on high fan, was about 1/2 that of my other 12,000btu unit (low fan setting hardly makes noise...about like a small fan). Since I'm using this as a backup, I didn't unpack the remote control; however, its' layout looks simple and functional. Lastly, the window block and exhaust hose are ingeniously designed so that you do not have to cut anything or 'thread' on the hose mounts. The system is a 'snap lock' design, and everything snaps in place tightly and securely. Total set up time took about 5 minutes. Oh...and I definitely kept the unit and may buy another.

I just got the unit. It came perfectly packaged. No damage at all on the outer side of the box. Installing is super easy (all of them are to be honest).What impressed me the most is how light and small the unit is for a 16,000 BTU unit.At full fan speed, the noise level is not bad.I contacted customer support and the answer was immediate. Kudos.I’m in South Florida. Outside temp is 90 oF and humidity around 50%. It cools a relatively large area very good (set at 74 oF).Construction quality is very good.Overall it was a great choice so far.

Just what I needed! My unit gets a bit warm during the hotter months and this portable ac unit was just what I needed. It comes with all the pieces and is very easily moved around. I tend to use it in the living room during the day and in the bedroom during those warm nights without any issues of portability. My unit is 1100 sqft and if I position a fan near the unit I can cool the hole place even down the hall. I def recommend this!

Love it! I have central air which keeps the main floor and basement a perfect temp, but it never kept my upstairs bedroom cool. My son installed it today and when I walked into my bedroom it was nice and cool. Some people may not like the fan sound but to me it is an added benefit because it will drown out the trash truck and mowers this summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes the temp cool when you sleep and have the ability to take a shower without dripping with sweat before you even leave the house.

Absolutely fabulous. The ac was easy to set up and within a few hours our house was icy cold, just like I like it. The mobile app is easy to use and the instructions for setting it up were very clear. I've had it for a few days and am very pleased, I would buy it again.

Just one very powerful portable ac. Sizing is perfect for fitting on corner of the room, and can be used for placing tiny bits like light books or pens/pencils.In terms of cooling, it is capable of cooling the whole second floor with good air circulation.
