Excellent quality, as expected from Nintendo. I use these with the original joy-con 2 grip. They attach onto the grip easily and can be taken off quickly too. Performance-wise, the controllers hold their charge well, and the buttons are very sturdy. I'm also very impressed with the new HD rumble 2 technology, which has very precise and cool vibrations that make games more immersive and entertaining. To me these controllers are worth the price, especially if you want to play any co-op games. They are very well-made and will last many, many gaming sessions.

The additional joy cons are currently saving arguments in the house of “whose turn it is”. Solid build and feel great in the hand.

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass der Umstieg auf das neue magnetische Befestigungssystem so viel ausmacht – aber wow. Die Joy-Cons 2 sitzen bombenfest, wirken gleichzeitig leichter und moderner und das Einrasten fühlt sich richtig sauber und „premium“ an. Kein Gefummel mehr mit Schienen, kein Wackeln, keine Abnutzung an Metallführungen. Einfach zack dran, fertig. Die Steuerung ist super präzise, die Sticks fühlen sich hochwertig an und haben null Drift. Die Buttons haben einen klaren, knackigen Druckpunkt und allgemein wirkt alles deutlich robuster als bei den alten Joy-Cons. Auch positiv: Die Verbindung zur Switch 2 ist sofort da, kein Delay, keine Aussetzer. Und trotz der kleineren Bauform halten die Akkus überraschend lange – für lange Sessions absolut ausreichend. Für lokale Multiplayer sind die Joy-Cons 2 perfekt. Sie liegen besser in der Hand als vorher, rutschen nicht und die Magnetbefestigung macht das Abnehmen und Aufstecken einfach viel angenehmer. Unterm Strich: Teuer? Ja. Aber qualitativ ein riesiger Sprung. Wer die Switch 2 ernsthaft nutzt, sollte sich die Joy-Cons 2 definitiv holen. Klare Empfehlung.
