Funny, I was going to return the book thinking the content was something different, but the day I was getting ready to return, I started going through it in more detail and found that the content is wonderful. Helps you to think in a different perspective. I would recommend the book. It's a stay in my Library.

I bought the book after attending one of Bob's seminar. I liked some of Bob's ideas but the problem was there was no real substances behind them. What I mean is that Bob puts forth a lot of lofty ideas and goals that could help us obtain 'happiness' but there isn't anything resembling an actual plan for achieving it. Overall the book is OK but I won't be keeping it in my personal library. I donated my copy to the local library in hopes that others might benefit more from reading the book than I.

I tried to like the book because a friend recommended it. But ,after reading it, I have to be honest and say it was a waste of my time. Maybe you will have better luck.
