This is the most comprehensive, all encompassing book explaining gynecomastia from the physical condition to the social impact, psychological affect, and the surgical procedure to correct the condition. I wish I had this book when I was a youth and felt alone and ashamed by my gynecomastia. It is my opinion this book is a must read for everyone in our society. Men with gynecomastia will learn everything they need to know about this condition. People not suffering with this condition will learn how emotionally devastating this condition is and may give people pause before staring or commenting on a mans' gynecomastia or man-boobs, moobs, bitch-tits chesticles as people often are compelled to comment.

This book is a must for anyone suffering from Gynecomastia. The stories and experiences are the same over and over again. I found myself more then once in tears as I read the book.
