Used it on front door to eliminate drafts under door. Made a big difference. Front entryway has settled unevenly over the years so door seal doe not work as should. My only option was to rip out front doorway and reshim to level and replace with new trim and moulding. This draft stopper kept me from having to do that. The magnet works perfectly to keep it in place on a steel door. I was a little leery at first but it has stayed on. The old door seal was creating small scratches in my floor where it rubbed too tightly but this one does not. The fabric cover has give and does not trap debris in between rubber lips that scratch wood floors.

I purchased this product to attach to a 3 foot metal door from a basement living space to an unheated/uncooled garage. The metal door had a bottom weather seal that was torn and allowed air flow. Replacing the bottom seal appeared to be moderately difficult and would have require me to take the door off the hinges. I took the easy way and purchased this item in the heat of the summer. I noticed the stair well going to the basement was noticeably cooler than the summer garage air. The heavier cooler AC air was being trapped by the enclosed stair well. The draft stopper was easy to attach to the metal door and has held securely. Within 12 hours after my 30 second install, the air temperature in the stair well was no longer cool. No apparent cool air leak! Now we are in the winter and the basement area around the door does not feel cooler than the rest of the room. Movement of the door across the concrete floor does not cause a problem nor provide any hindrance to the door. I can not comment what a carpeted floor would do to the ease of door movement. I am pleased with this item and it has done its job very well.

We have them on 2 doors and they stay in place very well. After a few days I didn't even notice they were there. Seem to work just fine.

This would have been a great draft stopper if it had stronger magnetic hold. I put this on an exterior door that opens to the N/NW and it works pretty good to stop drafts but it easily falls off the door because the built in magnets are weak.

This blocker is great!Just place it on the bottom of the door and forget it !No need to bend over to remove it when exiting or entering,it's so magnetic it just rolls across the carpet when the dooropens /closes !

After trying multiple rolls and sizes of weather stripping that falls off within hours of installing, this magnetized draft stopper is the best, warmest and easiest way I've found to cover the gaps around my front entry from a bent door frame. I pulled it out of the Amazon box and slapped it right on the bottom of the metal door--sticks great and doesn't come off too easily. Size is perfect for a standard door. It immediately removed the chill in my front entry and stands up to pets coming in and out, rugs, and me bumping into it. The brown color is fine--hides the dirt--but black and dark grey options would be nice too. I will probably order another one for the top of the door as well. Very pleased with this product!

When I finish putting it on the door tomorrow after I mop my floor then I will finish this review so far the metal things are on the door. someone help me put it on cause I could not due to my back. But it was siimple for them to put it on the door. tomorrow i will continue the rest of it and finsh my reveiw to let you know what i thought about the draft or heat coming in.Gave it a 5 star now instead of a 3 because so far its working and not letting in the heat from the outside from the summer. and people use to smoke in the hall way of the establishment where i live and now the smoke of the cigtarettes does not come into my house. well i have the edges of my door with winter or summer proofed, so thats how the Evelots Magnetic Clip On Door Works even better especially also becasue it has magnatizing effort stripps on it so after you adjust the bottom part to slip it on the rest just flatten it on the door because its metal and will work, but if your door is not metal some air will come in. But maybe you can put a thin metal across your door the same size width and length of this strip so it will magnatize on your door with two screws on the side of the metal strip, try to get the metal strip the same color of your door so your doors beauty will not diminish. Good quality, optional for steel or wood door, clips are perfect so no drilling to install, installs within seconds, and you don't have to keep moving it out of the way when you open the door.

Not crazy on the brown colour but probably less likely to show dirt over time. Cannot believe how much heat is preserved in hallway.

Si la puerta de metal no tiene recubrimiento pensaría que funcionará bien, pero en mi caso la puerta tiene una ligera capa de laminado (2 mm) y eso bastó para que no agarrara lo que me dejó ver que el imán que usan no es de muy buena calidad ya que antes de pedirla probé con un par de imanes regulares y pegaron bien

Really easy to install and great at keeping out dust, wind and any light from adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, it's not so great at filtering out sound and you're not going to see much of a difference in that regard.
