Aspen 12" | Aura's Most Versatile HD Digital Picture Frame

This has been our favorite Christmas gift, so much so that we ended up gifting it to our parents right after. It’s so easy to set up, holds unlimited photos, incredibly easy to add photos through the app and we love that Live Photos show as live. We find our whole family constantly looking at it. The photo quality is incredible and I truly can’t say one bad thing about this frame!

Excellent display quality. Love the matted version as it fits into the aesthetic of our home. The ease of publishing photos from the phone makes this so useable. Love that you can post photos to the frame via a QR code as a gift before someone opens the box.

Easy to set up. Love it.

The positives are that it’s a really pretty frame. I bought it for my mom as a gift and she loves it. Photos can be texted and emailed to the frame as well as be uploaded on the app remotely. Cons: Very limited options on the frame itself. Most setting need to be done from the app. Speaking of settings, the slideshow options are quite limited. Can’t set any effects and the minimum timing is 15 seconds per picture. I would prefer less. My main issue is that when a vertical photo is uploaded when the frame is horizontal or vice versa the app automatically zooms in to the photo to minimize the lines on the frame. Some photos I very much would like to see the entire photo. So for every photo like that I need to go into the app and manually position it differently. And when it’s hundreds of pictures it’s not fun…

This company is so disappointing. They finally get the right size frame in the Aspen, yet they failed on the color. It is a dark grey color, yet they call it Clay just like the Walden frame. It is not the same color as the Walden, which is also listed as Clay. Totally misleading. The Aspen is dark grey with an ivory mat - horrible color combination. The Walden is a light grey-beige color with a white mat with better paper mat design. I HATE the Aspen ivory mat with the dark grey color and the weird creases in the corners. The Walden does not have that. WHY can't they just make one the same as the Walden but in the 12" smaller size? These do not match and I cannot put them next to each other like I wanted. They need to get better design people and create a white version or one that is the same as the Walden just smaller. I'm so sick of the black and dark grey colors. This is another fail from this company.

Very impressed, I've bought a couple of these now, and they make an awesome family gift. Perfect screen size, decent picture quality, and it works really well. The setup is a bit of a pig, but once it's running it's a doddle.

very high quality frame.Well constructed and the screen provides excellent viewing in all light conditions.Software and app are easy to use and provide all kinds of options.It was important to me that i had a frame that works well with Google photos (including auto upload from a Google photos folder).It does this with no problem at all.For anyone considering this frame i highly recommend it! I know this frame is a higher cost than many other frames but it is definitely worth the investment.
