Works to some degree
It somewhat works, I used the silicone nose plugs which works the best for myself. My partner still had to go downstairs and sleep on the sofa for me not snoring as per usual but instead made me breath more heavily. I suffer gestational hernia which initial makes me snore while asleep. Ive tried all and only the nose plugs work the best. The nose strips in this kit are not sticky enough to take any effect whatsoever. They are like cheap plasters that come undone within seconds.

mouthpiece rubbish / nasal inserts ok
the mouth piece is very small and after putting it in hot water to mould around mouth/teeth,, it just closed up the breathing hole,, rendering it useless. The nasal inserts work quite well though,,, but £11 for a couple of small pieces of plastic is a bit terrible

Meh
Only the mouth guard sort of works, but it's hard to sleep with it in your mouth. Basically it pushes your jaw forward.Lacks instructions too, had to look on YouTube. You're supposed to put the mouth guard in booking water for a min, then into your mouth and bite it to mould it.After a few nights I started learning to deal with the mouth guard in my sleep and started chewing it/coughing it off rendering it useless, it may work for some thoughNose stuff did nothing for me

mouth piece works
Received this product the next day which was brill - I wasn't quite sure which bit of the product I would actually need so I used the nose plugs which I personally did not find useful as I didn't think they did anything! - however, I do find the mouth piece very useful, although it does take a couple of sleeps to get used to as it is quite bulky in the mouth - but I do think it stops my snoring and my husband says the same - so it works.

Instructions needed!
No instructions on how to use mouthguard! Had allergic reaction from it after using for one night! Looked on internet & saw that mouthguard should have been inserted in boiling water first & then moulded to mouth/teeth shape. Other small items useful.

Good
The gum shield isn't very comfy to sleep with but the strips and little tubes are fine. Takes a bit of getting used to using the tubes but I sleep fine and after a few nights didn't notice them any more. Plus my partner is no longer whinging about my snoring 👍

Meh
No instructions so the mouth piece was damaged when moulding. Snore strips are what was expected
