Defective piece sent
The item sent is bit defective. The rubber handles already tore off, frame is bit shaky, not assembled or fixed well. Pl ship a new one and take this back. Just missed return date by 2 days. Appreciate your immediate attention

- Foam grips on handles are loose - Shaking when using - Not a Good Quality Same as Max Hospitals.

Bad quality product
Bought this 3 months a ago. The product grips have all become loose. The grips keep slipping & moving on the iron rods making it dangerous to hold. Moreover 2 rubber grips have also torn. The frame is a little smaller than other similar products so not comfortable for broad & hefty people. The built quality is also not very good. I recieved the product with a slightly bent leg but i did not return it at the time of delivery but after use it really is not worth the money.

This is perfect for seniors for their mobility issues! It seems durable, stable, and easy to fold. A good choice i must say!!
