Too bad the company isn’t replying about customer complaints.
Giving a 3 because an 2 seemed too low and I’m going to give it a second try. Even though it didn’t come with the scoop per the directions, I searched conversions and 100mg (which is a challenge to measure with standard kitchen supplies) product to 2oz water. It sat in fridge over 18 hours and never really turned into a gel, it stayed watery. It’s not the consistency like previously purchased mixed product from another company. Going to try again before I give up and return.
