Total awesomeness
They pack lasts forever..i dont think ive killed either one ive bought yet..they dont stop,just keep on trying no.matter how low a charge they are..i highly recommend !!! I bought one,was impressed so i bought another..beats paying $400 off snap on and they last longer and more powerful

Too early to tell-jury is still out!
Item arrived as advised. In fact, it arrived a couple days early! The old battery was removed from the casing and the new one was identical. It fit into the Snap-On case as the original did. The two parts fit perfectly and was easy to reassemble. Once place onto the charger it tested and showed to have a 25% charge. Once fully charged, I put it into service. I haven't used it long enough to completely discharge it. To date it hasn't hinted at having a low charge. I'm very happy so far! The only reason for less than perfect rating is that I have not yet completely cycled it.

Saved my old Snap on impact
Was going to trade on the tool truck for a newer set up. But with the old batteries they would not give me any credit for my gun........ Was going to buy some replacement big old block style batteries until I saw these. Took a chance to keep my gun looking good with my battery cases. Best bet I ever made they pooped right in. Need a little charge and it is 2010 again! My gun is like new again! The old batteries need a little help to get out. They are glued in just tight fit. Some gentle prying and they pop right out.

Bad company
Purchased this product two times, first time batteries didn't last 4 months then went bad, ordered a 14.4 volt and a 18 volt .18 volt arrived bad, after going thru Amazon try to get a refund they tell me I have to go thru the company I got them from. The company say mail them back to them, yes they want me to pay to ship them back there bad battery.
