EarthMinded Brass High-Flow 1/4 Turn Spigot and Drain Upgrade Kit

I was pleased that EarthMinded offered a brass upgrade for a [sealed lid rain barrel setup]; both the spigot and drain are well made. Listed below are my issues with these units:1. The photo shows an [EarthMinded threaded seal], but these are not included in the kit. The item description does not say that they were not included but probably should. Even though I did not need them because I was doing a true EarthMinded upgrade from the plastic spigot and drain, if a buyer wanted to start out with brass and not purchase the EarthMinded DIY Rain Barrel kit these units would be unusable without the threaded seals! Also I was unable to find these [EarthMinded threaded seals] offered on Amazon, so a buyer would have to second source this part and in doing so could make the 30% percent price hike using Amazon Prime a waste of money, when the same kit is available from multiple retailers for less.2. Excellent quality. Only wish it would come with a couple extra rubber gaskets for inserting in our rain barrels. Over time the gaskets tend to soften and leak.

Product is just fine but I hade to visit hardware store to get the part that holds it in the barrel. Incomplete . If you are selling an upgrade make sure your customer has the back side of the product.

This worked out perfectly for my rain barrel. I recommended this site to a friend and they ordered one also.

Makes a great rain barrel spigot. I would highly recommend replacing any of those cheap plastic ones with a nice brass one.
