I wear the Size 11 Black Oura Ring 4 on my index finger. Fitbit models force a heavy, distracting screen onto your wrist during sleep. Samsung Galaxy Ring and Ultrahuman Air rely on protruding epoxy sensor domes that press into your skin. Oura Ring 4 eliminates these hardware flaws with a fully titanium inner shell and sensors recessed by 0.3mm. It weighs 5 grams and captures continuous, high-fidelity physiological data. Pros: • Hardware: Full titanium inner and outer shell. The 18-path PPG sensors are recessed by 0.3mm, maintaining a flush fit with zero skin marking. • Data Accuracy: Tracks continuous heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO2), and skin temperature deviations. You see the exact physiological data of physical fatigue or illness days before physical symptoms manifest. • Battery & Charging: Runs for 8 days. The included dock pulls a standard 5V from my Apple dual-port charger, preventing thermal degradation of the internal lithium-polymer cell. • Developer Access: The V2 API generates a Personal Access Token (PAT) to pull raw JSON biometric data directly into Xcode. Competitors strictly limit this level of raw data access. Cons: • Monthly Fee: Requires a ₹599 monthly subscription to process the continuous biometric graphs and sleep staging. Product is good. Happy to see it launched in India. Important: Goof up by Amazon Chennai as usual. Poor delivery and even poorer updates. Others like Croma seem to have no issues in delivering in Chennai.

Go for it. Its definitely worth it.
Awesome product. Perfection in everything. Does not throw numbers and data and interpretations at you immediately. Comfortable to wear. Just make sure you have tried the sizing kit before hand for atleast 4 to 6 hours if not 24 hours. I am getting a battery life of 5 days plus.
