Finally, a valerian root product that WORKS!
Finally, a commercial valerian root product that works. I was making my own capsules (00 size, weighed at 530mg) and these are just as good. The tinctures and "standardized" products didn't work at all, only these or my own powder filled capsules. 3 of use use them and all agree.MUCH easier than making your own!
