Olive oil is very good for you. When I am frying anything I use this olive oil even in no stick pans.

I try to get plastic out of my food. Why would they put quality Olive oil in Plastic bottles? If they cut quality on their containers you can be sure they cut quality on their production too. Has an odd taste too
