It helps but not enough. I liked it during winter but I ca already tell that it isn't gonna keep me dry in 70 degree weather.

Esto es lo mejor que hemos comprado para nuestros hijos porque en sus clases se generaban un olor en el salón muy desagradable y ellos venían con la sensación de que se les pegaba y no sabíamos que hacer este producto ha sido la solución de verdad poca un poco en las axilas pero es una tremenda solución
