I already have a Eufy Hub, Eufy floor cleaner, two outdoor cameras and a doorbell cam - my Blink indoor camera has finally given up the ghost so it was a natural choice to extend my Eufy range. What a camera! The Eufy S350 Indoor Cam is a quite bit larger than the Blink, but with two lenses and 360 degree active AI view, of course it would be! It's a nice looking camera, quite discreet. Very easy to set up and add to the hub. The image quality in both day and pitch-black night are superb! The Eufy app is intuitive and feature rich so, within 10 minutes of opening the package, it was installed (including latest software update) and ready to go. It comes with a quite long, white USB cable and separate UK 3-pin plug, so easy to locate in preferred indoor position. A nice feature is the ability to detect motion and/or sound, with a special feature that on noise detection, it will 'look around' recording the area to see what it might be. I can see that this is clearly a great device for security and/or baby/child/pet monitoring - I highly recommend. I now have a top of the range 'security' camera setup, including video doorbell, and a top of the range Eufy floor cleaner (super-impressed with that too!), I wonder what will be next? If I could give 6 starts, I would!

Very good and impressive camera with excellent image quality and reliable connectivity. The motion detection works really well and is responsive, and the other smart functions are genuinely useful rather than gimmicky. Local storage is a big plus, as there’s no need for a subscription. The 360° movement provides great coverage, and the night vision is clear and effective. It also looks very cute and discreet. Overall, one of the best home cameras I’ve owned so far ,highly recommended.

A specific moment where it helped: When I saw my loved one looking distressed on the live feed, I used Alexa remotely to play their favourite musi 🎶. It calmed them in less time than it would have taken to contact someone at home. I sleep much better now; if I wake and wonder how they are, I can quickly reassure myself via the app. ☯️ Hardware Performance & Connectivity The 4K video is sharp, and the auto-tracking follows movement seamlessly using the camera’s full range of motion. The device tilts as well as pans (360° horizontal / 75° vertical), which is vital for seeing from "door to floor" in a large room. However, I have occasionally had the feed freeze or been unable to connect despite a strong Wi-Fi connection. While the night vision is excellent, the audio is not always clear enough to understand conversations, which is a drawback for two-way audio needs. Many competitors at twice the price require a subscription for AI alerts, but this device allows for local storage via an SD slot. The fact that eufy provides these features subscription-free makes it a standout for budget-conscious buyers. ✅ Overall Verdict The hardware is top-tier. I appreciate the video quality and the relief it provides. It is a solid investment for its strong specs and functionality without a monthly fee. Despite the occasionally software glitches, as a caregiver to a vulnerable adult, I find it extremely useful.

Absolutely amazing product. The wide angle lens means you don’t have to be super precise with where you place the camera, as it will catch everything in its view with ease. The zoom lens paired with 4K resolution means I can see every detail of something from across the room; I can even read the temperate on my Google Nest across the other side of the house in the other room, it’s actually amazing. I’ve got it connected to my 5GHz WiFi network, and albeit my Internet not being “fast” at 4MB/s, there is zero delay in the camera feed streaming to my phone at full 4K resolution. Coming from an Amazon Blink camera, this has absolutely blown my mind. Even the talk through feature is crispy, super good voice quality with no delay, I can talk to my wife through it whilst in another country, like it’s a normal phone call. The Ai tracking is almost eerily creepy with how good and accurate it is. Awesome for keeping an eye on my cats when I’m at work. Genuinely the best camera I’ve use. App is awesome and integrated with the rest of my Eufy Products. Recently bought an E20 RoboVac from Eufy and I can track and control both of these products from the same screen on the app. 10/10 from me, and I’m a picky tech geek.

Very excellent and reliable and in accordance with the specifications

Very easy to use and install. Good quality images. Good tracking. I have a handful of these monitoring the house when I’m out. They work well and the quality of the images is a lot better than many others I’ve used. The app is quite intuitive as well. The mic is quite sensitive. We had a few false alarms with cuckoo clock chimes. But that’s no reflection on the camera. It rarely picks up a false ‘human’, although I’ve had fountainheads classified as human. But for the most part, the human detection algorithm is surprisingly effective and can identify family and friends. Pick them up during a sale - they’re a terrific indoor cam.

This is a very good indoor camera. The video quality is sharp and clear, and the 360° pan and tilt work smoothly. The dual-camera setup and zoom feature are very useful for covering the entire room.
