What is the Mount weight capacity?

I have never tested it, but mine is currently holding around 5 lbs. It's a condenser mic with a small boom. I'll honestly start to worry if it goes beyond 10-15 lbs. But again, it's designed to hold cameras of the DSLR variety which typically don't weigh more than 10 lbs. even using a gigantic zoom lens, which of course needs it own support. I tapped a screw hole on the rubber end so I can hang things... Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Would you trust this clamp with a dlsr on a motorcycle? can it be cranked tight to no wobble?

No, I would not. Look for a pipe clamp version where it is deigned to hold onto a pipe. Also, I'll worry for my camera's health if it were taking all the bumps from the road that is attached to your motorcycle. I suggest to either have a buddy ride behind you holding the camera safely, or get a GoPro. Much lighter and the clamp, won't wobble.

What is the center-to-center distance between the two threaded 1/4" (A) holes on the flat edge parallel to the screw?

Its a smidge shy of 3/4". Probably 11/16 give or take.

How much weight can this support?

I'm currently having my clamp hold about 10-15 LBS. It can probably hold maybe 20-25 but then I worry it might slip from where it's clamped on. It also depends on how you distribute the weight and get away with a little more.
