Performance problems, and support unwilling to help
I purchased this item to replace my Netgear R9000. It was painless to setup, however I ran into trouble with more advanced features. First, the performance dropped from 450mb+ speed on my R9000 to about 80mb (MacBook Pro 2018). The WMM (multimedia) features are not shown in the admin interface. Next, bonding of both ethernet interfaces using LACP is no longer supported in current firmware. I tried to contact support at Rukus and they turned me away cold. They require buying an extended service contract. This item is going back today.
