Review: Excellent book - Exactly what I ordered and arrived on time Review: High quality continues, but despite the 'reboot' don't be fooled this is not the place to start. - Many moons ago, this started out as a mixture of Spiderman style 'teenage angst' , clean lined Superman/Justice League/Teen Titans style space opera and shockingly graphic violence. the talent of the creators was enough to make it work as it played on old tropes without ever feeling like a rip-off or pastiche. Kirkman, Ottley and Walker continue to tell interesting , beautifully rendered, stories and though it does feel like things are working towards a conclusion I'm in no hurry to see the series finish. The Hard cover collected version remains of high quality and indeed appears to be the most economical way to buy the books (which is a nice combination). For those who haven't yet tried the books, this is not the place to start. Although the 'reboot' sequence does give a brief (alternate) history of Mark's early days as invincible the broader story is too rich to miss out on.

The hunt for Thragg and Mark gets a helluva shock
Containing Volumes 22 & 23, this collection gives us more unexpected events and this makes for a compulsive read and the title “Reboot?” says a lot. A good single plot dominates the first volume and it is well-told and well-illustrated. It's worthwhile reading this and I recommend it to all Invincible fans – and there's more to come, I'm sure.

Conheça a épica jornada do viltrumita chamado Invencível desde a sua infância até sua maturidade! Uma das várias releituras do mito Superman que merecem ser conhecidas! Uma coleção de 12 volumes que reúne as 144 edições da saga que tem final!

Great quality and much easier to read than a huge compendium. I prefer the larger prints and higher quality paper. I now own all 12 books and couldn't be happier with the set.
