Perfect Flagpole for a Small Location
Just the right height - telescoping to 20' or higher just wouldn't work in our small front yard. The sturdy flag stake is a real plus. Very happy with this purchase at a good price.

Great flag pole!
I’ve ordered three of these over the past several years. Still flying all three. They last.A tornado blew through here on May 10. No time to grab the flagpoles. Despite the terrifying winds, my poles were still standing! 🇺🇸

Not the Most Sturdies Rod!
This rod gets the job done, but I wish it was a bit sturdier to handle the TX Wind.

Patriotic
Strong & sturdy pole. We have a 4x6 flag & keep it up from Memorial Day to Veterans Day.

Thin pole.
This is similar to electrical conduit. Sways alot. I expect that it will bend and break.Less than 2 weeks in and yes it has a permanent bend of 15°. We have had some normal rain showers with normal wind but this pole is not sutable for regular3 x 5 flags. Maybe vinyl displays that are removed daily. For normal use this is a POS.

Sturdy, Easy to Set-Up
Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I was worried the stake portion would be difficult to drive into the ground because of the plastic tip but I had no issues. This replaced an older steel pole that has begun to rust and sag. The clips seem sturdy and I like that the top portion can just be twisted off to take the flag down in poor weather. The price was also MUCH lower on Amazon than in local hardware and home improvement stores.

Very, Very Poor Quality
I waited awhile to review this flag pole because I wanted to give it every opportunity to work, but it is extremely poorly made. When I first tried to put it up for Memorial Day, I discovered the two adjoining lengths did not fit together. There was no smaller length to insert in larger length -- just two poles the same size.I didn't want to have to take my time and trouble to send it back, so I took a mallet to one end and bent it inwards to a point and then forced the lower re-sized length into the upper length. This did work for Memorial Day, but then I couldn't take the pole apart to store until July 4th, so I had to find a space in my garage for the full length.I put my flag out again for 4th of July, and the pole was slightly bent, as the upper and lower lengths didn't really fit well. I again stored the pole (full length) in my garage till Veterans Day.On Veterans Day, I tried to put my flag out, but the pole (upper and lower lengths) bent in half and would no longer stay together. So all in all, this flag pole was defective on receipt. I was able to alter the pole to work for a total of five days. Then the pole bent in half and is no longer useable.Save your money. Find another flag pole. This one is cheaply and poorly made.

Hard to Install
The flag pole is sturdy and well made except for the stake. It is impossible to get it into the ground and stable because you can not pound the stake in first and then attach the pole. I had to anchor it by placing it next to my meter and trellis. Otherwise it is definitely a great purchase because it is solid when holding the flag, and stood up to a significant thunderstorm. Just be prepared to have alternatives for anchoring the pole. If your ground is soft from rain it will fall over because the stake does not hold the pole in the soil. It also will not stake deep enough into hard/ dry soil to support the weight of the pole itself let alone a flag.
