Item arrived without manufacturer packaging, package inserts, or safety seals on the bottles. There is no way to determine if these genuine or are even safe to use.

I received my order in a bag (no box) without instructions or product details. The bottles are not sealed and could be filled with an other product for all I know. I would like to return it but there was no information in the bag. I wish I had taken a picture of it.

I bought a six month supply I’ve been using for three months and I don’t see any change yet. In addition I’m taking biotin 10,000 mg I’m taking testosterone and creatine where is a healthy diet and plenty of sleep eight hours each night. I think I will finish my six month supply but if I don’t see improvement over the next three months then the stuff doesn’t work for me.

This stuff really works. My first picture is May 7 before I started using Kirkland Minoxidil 5%. Second picture is today July 10 after 2 months of using it. I see hair growing in bald spots and also feel it because I when I go out running to exercises, I used to feel cold on the bald spots. Now I feel warmth from the new hair growth and more fuller hair. This is just after 2 months so I will continue using it and see what happens after 3 months and so on.
