Vestal Men's OB3L001 Observer Silver Black Leather Watch

...now the bad. it takes nothing for the strap to dislodge from the case! WOW! I will have to take this to an expert for them to come up with a permanent solution. maybe replace the pin? idk...very upset at this purchase. but again, the watch looks fab--buyer beware.

Vestal is a brand whose watches tend to have a fashion-forward sensibility and stand out from similar watches in often subtle ways. Their Observer line toes the line between casual and formal in great ways. The body of the watch is bold and hefty without being overwhelming. The silver is smooth and contrasts nicely between the face and the band. The band is a lighter brown than the picture indicates and works well paired with lighter and darker browns. The band is also incredibly soft and fits comfortably upon the wrist with almost no need for breaking in. The studs on the band add a nice touch to the watch to help it stand out. The only drawback to the watch is the body seems to be a bit heavy for the band and tends to move more freely than I like when the watch is not strapped tightly on the wrist.Overall, I'll accept the slightly off-balance nature of the components in exchange for a watch that is comfortable, fashionable and functional in most any setting.

This is a great watch with a large watch face. The design and detail has been taken into great care. The leather is of a good quality with a great feel. I like the casing the number design as well as the watch hand 'frosting' or matte appearance. The watch is great in those aspects.I do have a complaint against this watch because I have a small piece of dust on the inside of the glass between the date and 5 o'clock. It happens to catch my eye and has caused me to wear this watch less than I would like to. I am pleased with it still and do wear it on occasion rather than as a daily watch due to the dust.

I bought this watch for my fiance as a Christmas present. It came to our house in perfect condition & in a timely manner, which we were both happy about. This is an awesome-looking watch. I'm a big fan of pewter grey & gunmetal, so when I saw this watch & looked at the price ( a little pricey, but you get what you pay for) I knew this was for him. The only reason did not give this item five stars, is because the watch face is HUGE. My fiance, who is not rail-thin, even said that it was a little too big. But we've gotten used to the size & still really like this watch. I highly recommend!

Very good quality, well designed! comfortable, nice craftsmanship on the case and lugs. Well priced. Good size case but lugs make it comfortable on a small wrist. This particular version is a little dark and can be hard to read, but that is its style. I do recommend!!

I bought this as a casual watch to go with jeans. It is nice looking, but i find that i am constantly asking myself, is this too large. I don't have thin wrists, but I think this is the largest diameter that I would ever wear. The bottom line is that this may be a watch for you if you like a large face. Also, the dial to adjust time is on the left hand vs the right. That is certainly not the norm, but no big deal.

I bought this as a birthday present for my son…He LOVES it! He commented on its simple, classic look, easy to read face and date. He also assumed I paid much more for this watch which makes it a win-win.

Vestal Does Not stand behind it’s product either (I’m guessing because they realize that would be a big money-loser proposition for them).I’ve owned Timex and Casio watches that were better quality than this one.....at 1/3, or even 1/4 the price. IF the price of this Vestal Observer ever comes down below $40, only then would I say you might be getting a “good deal”.If you do decide to buy this watch, I STRONGLY advise you to read their (**It Is Available Online Only**) “Warranty” & “Instruction Manual” information. The watch does not come with any type of paperwork (this is Vestal’s way of getting you into a “Catch 22” situation).Now, it’s time (for me) to look for a better company to invest my hard-earned consumer dollars with.
