This exhaust fan is good in terms of design, but the fan sound is little more inspite of a BLDC fan. Over all quality is fine. using it from 2-3 months now no problem so far. Fitting the fan is very easy and can be done by self. Power consumption of 20 watt is high. Design is good to fit in the wall whole type. Performance, air suction, fan speed good. Everything is fine but cost is high for a exhaust fan of this size.

The exhaust fan design and the color is good. But is is a bit noisy. I had purchased 6 exhaust fans and one of it was found to be faulty while installing. However the replacement request is still not completed. An executive came in between and put a sticker on the exhaust fan and left. I am still awaiting the replacement for the last 3 weeks.

I received a damaged Polycab exhaust fan that appears to be a rejected order from someone else. The product had a broken flap, which I temporarily fixed with electrical tape due to necessity and lack of time for a replacement. The build quality is average at best, made of cheap hard plastic, far below my expectations. Upon inspection, I noticed the BLDC motor seems to have been replaced post-production, raising concerns about its authenticity. The packaging was shockingly poor—no thermocol, foam, polyethylene sheet, rubber band, or cable ties to secure the product, and the main electric connection wire was ripped, suggesting it might be used or refurbished. For comparison, I’ve used an Automberg fan before, which had top-notch quality and sturdy construction. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend going with Automberg instead. Avoid Polycab unless the quality and packaging issues are addressed. Pros: None significant. Cons: Damaged on arrival, poor build quality, inadequate packaging, possible used/refurbished product.

I leave my bathroom exhaust fan on ALL the time so that it stays dry and also dries up my towel which I put on a hanger. I use a regulator to limit the speed to about 50% .This makes the fan last for over a decade but with this BLDC motor NOregulator is available.
