Will it warp in a 500 degree oven or will it stay flat?

No it should not warp. It is rated up to 700 degrees empty. It will never get that hot with food in it. Just make sure you remove the pan prior to food burning. Thank you LloydPans

What is the measurement of the top rim? The photo makes it look like the pan has angled sides, so the bottom is 10" but the top rim is larger?

The top dimension for the pan is 10" bottom is 9.23.
