This pound cake is delicious as is when made according to the package directions. However, you can make it better by adding an almond glaze over the entire cake then topping with macerated strawberries and whipped cream. Yum!!!! Best strawberry shortcake ever.

A little water some butter and egg and 55 min later you have the moistest most chocolaty pound cake! Completely decadent! I believe the batter has mini choc chips but no harm in adding more! This cake is really so delicious, you will be glad you tried it!

Great tasting! I add dried cranberries or cherries for more taste, but also great alone. Have tried several simply tasteful mixes and like them all.

I was surprised how this turned out. I was delicious. I did add additional spices to the mix and would suggest adding raisins or dried cranberries and/or walnuts or pecans. I will buy this again.
