COOLPAD Note 6(Royal Gold) 4GB 64GB

Phone is hanging many times. Now phone is new i am facing such problem, after some days it will increase. It become difficult to use this phone. Please replace it and send me a new phone, i feeling guilty that i have purchased one phone of same model for my relatives, after some time same problem will come in that phone than he will abuse me for such phone. So early stage please exchange it with new phone because i want to use it for3-4 years without any problem. So please change it make my faith on collpad family...Because i have already purchased 5 phone of coolpad for my family members, you can check my purchased history of last 3 year.

Volume Button Power Button in same Side. Headphone Port, Mic, Charging/Data Port and Speaker in Bottom Side.Secondary Mic is On Top Side. Proximity Sensor And Multi Color Notification Light.Curved Display.consCouldn't Delete/Move Data Directly From SD Card ( ... may be with next update ... i don't know ... )the main camera is bad while flash is on.(images are over flashed and greenish).also flash patches showing on the imageringer sound is slightly distorting

1, Worst item I have ever bought, Battery will drain from 100% to 0 within 24 hours without using the phone, if phone will be used it will drain fully within 12 hours.2, Product it old ie 2017 version.3, Amazon's replacement service is good, I replaced once but battery problem persist because of product is too old.4, Can't use internet while on call5, I suggest you all it's cheap and old product, don't buy it your money will go in drain.

Price is more than the features they have provided. RAM & ROM both are up to mark but Camera qualities are so poor n cheap.

I purchased it 8 Days ago.I am unable to use Facebook in this phone, every time Facebook closing automatically and it's giving an Error (Reopen this app). Also I am unable to Re-Install Facebook application due to in-built Facebook Lite application.It's also not having any new patch from December 2017 that mean this phone not getting patches to improve phone performance & Security.

Over all product is good But:-facebook app, Google duo, what's up app is not working properly.- Battery back good upto 10 Hours with online internet.- Camera is good but not sound.- internet speed is slowest than other smart phones.
