I am 6’1” and weigh 260 lbs. I have knee pain and I know I need to lose weight. However, using my knees walking or exercising to lose that weight hurts and increases my resistance to walking or exercising. These shoes don’t take away all the pain but significantly reduce it! I will take any improvement!

足首周りの縫製もしっかりしておりスベスベした生地のものの為、踵がスッと入るのも好印象でした。クッション性も良く膝への負担も驚くほど軽減されました。アウトソールの形はランニングシューズと謳っているだけあり前に体重を移動すると自然と次の足がでるような形状となってます。歩く・走るといった用途には最適な靴です。 但し通勤・通学など普段使いする場合、電車に乗る際には少し注意したほうがいいかもしれません。歩く・走ることを意識した形状のためソールのつま先側が少し浮いた状態になっています。そのため電車に乗る際にはソールが平らな靴に比べて踏ん張りが効きづらいです。慣れもあると思います。 それを差し引いてもいい靴なのでおすすめできるいい靴だと思います。
