FOR YOU (フォー・ユー) - 山下達郎

最近、昔聴いていたレコードやテープのCDを買うことにハマっていて、今回は達郎さんの一番好きなこのアルバムにしました。もう最高です！！

90年代に購入したCDを紛失したため再購入 全体的にクリアになって新鮮な気持ちで聴いてます ボーナストラック付きで得した気分です 2002年版でした

好きなミュージシャンなので ジャケットも素敵だし 買ってよかったです！

岡沢章氏＆渡嘉敷祐一氏によるリズム隊のために買いました。私の好みなのです。

若い頃から山下達郎さんは好きでしたが、このアルバムはレコード時代持っていませんでした。 購入のきっかけはこのジャケットを描いた有名なイラストレーター鈴木英人さんが描いたものと知り。ジャケット右下に小さく山下達郎さんを描いているのを手元で見てみたいと言う事からです。 鈴木英人さんは山下達郎さんのジャケットを多数手がけ、今は富士山に夢中だとTVで放映していて。今はこのアルバムが世界中で聴かれてるらしいです。 一緒にボンバーも購入しました。 このアルバムはレコードも持っています。 毎日のように聴いていますが、 時代や年齢問わず愛される山下達郎さんは最高のアーティストです。

大満足

40年前はまだ大学生で、カセットテープをラジカセで聴きまくっていました。今の時代になってレコードで聴けるとは、それだけでも感無量。オマケにレコードジャケットは、カセットテープのそれとは、インパクトが比べものになりません。1曲目から、昔感じていた空を突き抜ける様な感覚を、呼び覚ましてくれます。

このアルバム[For you]は私の青春そのものです。特にお気に入りの一曲[LOVELAND ISLAND]を聴くと、今でも様々なシーンを甦らせてくれる。山下達郎さんは時代を超えた素晴らしいミュージシャン！もう昔の事を懐かしむ年になったけど、この曲を聴くとタイムスリップしてしまう。そんな宝物のようなアルバム！

I cannot help reminiscing my youth in the 80's Japan when I listen to some of the music by Tatsuro Yamashita. 'Morning Glory', 'Music Book', and 'Futari' included in this CD are some of the best songs. Yamashita has topped the chart of so-called Japanese City Pop music since the 80's and I believe amongst many X-gen people he still remains one of the most popular Japanese artists. He has been known to have been influenced by the Beach Boys and the likes of them, hence I recognise he uses his own unique voice layering arrangement in many of his songs. I have always regarded him as Japanese version of talented Brian Wilson. Aside of producing his albums, he is also a composer/producer/arranger of many of his wife's ( Mariya Takeuchi) albums and songs. ' Morning Glory' included in this CD is worth mentioning - Mariya Takeuchi does her version of 'Morning Glory' in her earlier album ' Miss M' ( 1980).

Great album, very happy with my purchase. Love the album artwork and the OBI as well as the insert featuring tatsuro in a car with multiple women.

Como bien dice el título "For You" (Para Ti) y para cualquiera que le guste la buena música.

On se croirait chez Toto ou Christopher Cross, sauf que les textes sont en japonais. Une pépite des années 80 du côté du soleil levant.
