Didn't know what to expect for the price but it feels and looks like a great product, not tacky have not installed yet as I'm waiting for breather filter

I am truely happy with this product. It came early than the date which was given and the quality of the product is very good. Would reccomomd to anyone.

Car Universal Induction Kit - Chrome / Red Mesh Funnel Filter I have bought two of the kits (one for me, one for hubby)- excellent value and has markedly reduced my fuel consumption. It was also a nice surprise with regards to the throaty roar my car made, when I put my foot down! My car is an aged Honda Accord 2L, and I am a 53-year old granny, but I love my car and she is performing much better since my mechanic husband installed this kit. He has been in the motor trade for 25+ years, so knows cars inside and out. If it's good enough for him, and good enough to go in my car, then I KNOW I can recommend it! For anyone younger than me, who might be thinking anything OK for a granny can't be good/tough enough for them.... then you should also perhaps know that I have lowered suspension, alloys, subs, amp, equalizer, capacitor (only just enough room left in the boot for a couple of small bags of shopping) and that my idea of an ideal birthday present is racing round a track!

I bought this for my somewhat crappy Corsa that I use mostly for the transportation of the dogs. I have a penchant for browsing the net and buying anything that might provide me with an afternoons entertainment for as little money as I can spend. To date it has central locking, various led's in the dashboard, seat covers and now an induction kit.This is as described and looks like it will filter air. I would guess I will have to make some bracketry of sorts with various bits I have lying round but probably could be made to work without it by cutting up the original airbox as a holder. Bracketry making only adds to the entertainment for me.If you want all the bits you might want to look elsewhere and pay fifty quid. This induction kit is eight quid delivered, looks pretty good and as a consequence is smashing value. And is another game to play.

Sounds good on my car (Peugeot 206) but so disappointed that it came in red and not blue like the picture 😐. Average rating for me.

You tend to think when you see a "universal" £7.50 air filter that its not going to be great. But I thought why not i'll get it anyway. Have to say when I ordered on thursday evening I wasn't expecting to see it arrive on saturday morning so that was immediately a bonus. Anyway having taken it out the box it seemed a good quality product and it took all of 5 minutes to fit. So, when I fired the car up there was a nice throaty induction sound, but its not ridiculously loud. The real fun came when I took it out for a run and the sound when you just nail it is absolutely class. Its a must buy for anyone who enjoys their cars and i'd definitely buy from AP Motor Store again because of the sheer speed the filter got to me in. Definite 5 out 5 all round.

Brought this for my boyfriend who has a diesel 1.3 corsa! He fitted it in and has noticed the car picks up speed quicker! However he did say the noise wasn't too loud seen as the Diesel engine is loud anyway but when you Rev the car into the higher section of the rev meter it does make a little bit of a noiseOverall he's happy with the product but was hoping it made a bit more noise rather than improved performanceNot taking anything away from the filter itself, on a petrol engine it would be perfect!So 5*

Despite reviews I wasn't expecting very much.1.4 mk3 golf, paper filter only few months old. Removed original filter and end of old inlet pipe, used another piece of pipe, attached cone on end to take cold air from just behind headlight/grill.Car feels a lot more responsive, not sure if it has any more power but it feels like it pulls better. No idea about MPG as only did about 10 miles so far, but first impressions are very positive.
