足首にフィットして、アイシング中も歩行できるのが良い。 ただ冷感があまり長続きしません。（15分位でぬるくなってくる） 30分程度続けばなお良いと思います。

すごく良いです。脚の炎症でこれを使っていますが、患部にとてもフィットして良いですよ。膝の商品でも言いましたが、写真お様にキレイには巻くことはできません。でも効果的に使えるのでお勧めです。

装着の仕方が分かりにくく、いつも行き当たりばったり その結果装着感がイマイチ

アキレス腱炎の為に購入。 湿布を貼っても効果なかったのにこれで必ずアイシングすると痛みが改善されました。悩んでる方はおすすめします。

足首骨折後、ギプスシーネが外れた後にまだ 歩けない私が通っている接骨院の先生が足首を 自宅で冷やすのにこれなら大丈夫とお墨付きを いただきました。保冷剤のように固まりすぎないのであたりが柔らかくマジックバンドで装着が簡単な点が良いと思いました。

I was a bit skeptical when purchasing these but have been really impressed with the quality and the how easy they are to use. As a trail runner, my feet and ankles definitely take abuse. What I like about these is I can pack them with me for to aid in immediate recovery or I can use them when I need to at home. They are soft, comfortable, and are cold. They don't take up any room in the freezer and have been a great add to my recovery tool kit.

This is a very versatile wrap for ankle pain. I ordered it for its ability to be frozen and wrapped around the ankle but this wrap also has a hot application that can be used in the microwave to heat up the gel substance. When using as a cold application, the wrap is extremely comfortable. It is made of very soft material on the outside, which allows the Velcro to adhere firmly. The inside is also also made of some sort of heavier almost vinyl looking material, but it is very soft as well and comfortable against the skin. I have a larger ankle, but this wrap is fully customizable, and it fits my ankle perfectly. The Velcro holds firmly and securely, and if needed, it supplies compression by tightening the Velcro. This product is useful for so many things. It can be used for new injuries as well as chronic pain such as with plantar fasciitis. You can also use this wrap on other smaller body parts, such as higher up on the calf, the wrist or forearm, according to manufacture suggestions. This product really does help with my ankle pain and is so easy to use. Size: I like the customizable size of this brace. I have a larger ankle so I was concerned that it wouldn’t wrap around comfortably for me, but the product is plenty large enough for a range of sizes. Durability: This product is made of what appears to be very durable material but extremely functional. I like the soft touch of the outside of the brace and also the smoother surface inside that you place against the skin. It is very comfortable and soothing to wear.

These are pretty good if you are experiencing foot pain. Mine were of the Achilles Tendonitis variety, with extreme heel pain. While this ice didn't go down perfectly to where the pain was, the surrounding chill worked to reduce the inflammation of that particular tendon. The main gripe of the product is that it's confusing to put on sometimes. Product is just a big blue X gel pad - and you have to puzzle it together, or the issue I had: explain it to the person applying it to your foot. Which is the least fun thing to do when asking for help when you are in incredible pain. Maybe a simple printed system of "A strap" goes approx to "A spot", and "B strap" goes to "B". Or One number, one letter? Or even a snowflake icon to snowflake icon - and an ice cube to ice cube graphic? I mean, the inside vs outside isn't even marked - but the fuzzy side out so the velcro attaches to it is what it seems like you are supposed to do. Another slight downside is the gel can slide from the heel part to the sides of the heel flaps. It's important to squeeze the gel where you want it BEFORE you freeze it. Or squish it after you use it because it will inevitably end up not where you wanted it. Otherwise it's just not as effective - but it is NICE that you can smoosh the gel like that. It just took some time to remember to put it where I want it the next time. Build seems good, no leaks or anything, it's reversible so works on either foot. There's 2 so you can be chilling one while you wear one (although dr said to not ice more than 15-20 min... 3-4 times per day). But I could keep my foot cold almost indefinitely with assistance to the freezer. :) I didn't try if it'd fit on an elbow, but seems like it'd be good in a pinch any spot in addition to the ankle. Keep stretching everybody to avoid injuries -but not while your tendons are cold!

This came in handy. Because I suffer from heel and foot pain and it tells me to put on ice pack i put that. It study a the quality is good. The plastic is very thick it helps release my pain and it fit comfortable and it is easy to use. It release the pain and the ice retention is good

I bought these because I suffered bilateral ankle fractures, I have been using these consistently for two months to ice my ankles. Not too long ago the gel started leaking out so the durability isn't the best. Something else I didn't like about these was that one of the packs would freeze, but the other wouldn't ever freeze. For reference, I am a women's 9 and when my ankles were swollen it was a little difficult to get the top strap fully to the other side, but they have been helpful otherwise.
