- I purchased the Godox Cube-OP3 Microphone Kit to record better audio for my video files when using my iPhone (I don't have an Osmo Pocket 3). - It was straightforward to follow the included user guide, connect the receiver to my iPhone 14 Pro, and start using it right away. The receiver and transmitter paired without a hitch. - I'm also glad it can attach to my laptop in case I want to explore voiceovers. - I like it a little bit more than a basic wired lanyard microphone that I own, mainly because I don't have to manage the wire, but I can't say whether the sound quality is "better" (for my context, they're about the same?). I do like having both options now. - The magnets on the clip, lanyard and transmitter are pretty strong, giving me peace of mind. - The build quality of the components and case are very nice. Overall, I'm happy to have this and it seems well worth the price! I'm a newbie to microphones and recording, so this is a review from a limited perspective, but we all start somewhere.

Super lightweight and good sound quality to hear your voice from afar. Lightweight and plug and play functionality is awesome. Size is tiny. My fear is that the charging cable needed to charge such a small microphone gets lost... Battery life is fine though. Fully compatible with the DJI Pocket 3.

This product says it fits a DJI Omos 3 and it does. But it doesn’t lock on to the handle. Would not purchase again.

[7/14/25 review of Godox Cube-OP3 Wireless Microphone Kit1 for DJI Pocket 3 when listed at $49.00] We were looking for a compact microphone that looked at least slightly more professional than the pencil mics. This Godox set is a great solution! We were impressed with the quality of the case & durability of the build. The transmitter is tiny, & the receiver isn’t much bigger. It took some doing to understand the instructions, but once we figured that out & installed the app, the set was easy to operate & produced good sound quality – even when the transmitter & receivers were in different rooms. Given that comparables on Amazon are in the $35-136 range (& some appear to be of much lower quality), this Godox set is a great value for the money.

First, I would say that the audio quality on this little microphone is pretty dang good for the price. It produces a fairly crisp/clean sound and is likely an upgrade over the DJI Pocket mic in most cases. It is TINY, so it has a very small footprint when carrying it around, but there is probably a trade-off made when it comes to durability. Don't get me wrong, the build quality feels great, the design is pretty cool. But it just feels like something you probably should use a bit more delicately. I'd be worried about damaging it if I were to use it for more rugged activities. But again, it's a trade off of maybe the durability of materials with the size/weight/ease of carry. You would have to decide what would work best for you. I would say this would work great for most types of vlogging content creation, recording simple voiceovers, and overall 'studio' work. It wouldn't be my first choice for more demanding outdoorsy activities. The transmitter for this one is made to fit specifically the DJI Pocket but you can fit certain phones with an adapter/USB-C cable. I had no issues using it with my iPhone 15. The value proposition is really good though. The audio is fairly good, it's super easy to carry, and on top of it all it's fairly priced for a lav mic. It's a pretty good option for this budget and category.

Sound mainly comes down to personal preference, but I prefer the audio from my DJI mic slightly more. I like the size and weight of the Godox microphone, and the sound quality is close enough that I would choose the Godox over the DJI in certain situations. The noise reduction effectively minimizes sounds like fan noise and background noises, and it's activated with a quick press of the transmitter or receiver buttons. A magnet, a magnetic clip, and a magnetic lanyard offer plenty of mounting options, and an easy-to-attach windscreen is included. Additionally, the kit comes with a nice case and colorful stickers. This doesn't provide 32-bit float recording, which, to my knowledge, none of the very small microphones do. My only real complaint is the phone app; sometimes it connects, but mostly it doesn't. It's the only way to adjust the microphone level and noise reduction settings. My kit only included one magnet, although the listing indicates that two are included. At half the price, much smaller and lighter, and nearly as good in audio quality, I think it's a good addition to the Pocket 3.

NON è vero che funziona con tutti i dispositivi USB-C. Il ricevitore ha due astine laterali specifiche per agganciarsi al DJI Pocket 3, e proprio per questo design non riesce ad inserirsi correttamente negli smartphone. Ho provato con il mio Samsung e con l'iPhone 15 di mia moglie: le astine impediscono l'inserimento completo nella porta USB-C, quindi rimane a mezz'aria"e non funziona. È progettato SPECIFICAMENTE per il Pocket 3 e su quello è perfetto. Qualità audio eccellente Il microfono è davvero impressionante per le dimensioni. L'audio è cristallino, la cancellazione del rumore funziona benissimo e la portata di 200m è abbastanza reale (l'ho testata in giardino). Il fatto che praticamente non pesi nulla è un vantaggio enorme quando registri per ore. Costruzione Materiali di ottima qualità, finiture precise e il sistema magnetico è geniale. Il dead cat (filtro anti-vento) si applica facilmente e fa la differenza quando registri all'aperto. La batteria dura effettivamente almeno 7/8 ore reali. Prestazioni con DJI Pocket 3 Si aggancia perfettamente, zero latenza, audio di qualità davvero molto buona, ho fatto diverse riprese in ambienti rumorosi e il filtro anti-rumore è molto efficace Conclusioni Prodotto eccellente per chi usa il DJI Pocket 3, ma non fatevi illudere sulla compatibilità universale. Se cercate un microfono per smartphone, guardate altrove. Se avete il Pocket 3, questo è il miglior upgrade audio che possiate fare 👍 P.S. Il sistema magnetico è comodissimo per attaccarlo ai vestiti durante le interviste.

La presentación de este producto está muy bien hecha, se trata de una caja de cartón con fondo gris que en la parte delantera muestra la foto del micrófono mientras que en la parte posterior muestra las principales informaciones destacadas. En su interior se encuentra: - Un manual de instrucciones. - Un set de pegatinas. - Un estuche rigido. - La base que se ancla. - El microfono. - Un protector con filtro anti viento. - Una correa. - Un cable de carga para el micrófono. - Un clip para el cuello. - Un adaptador usb. En cuanto veo el receptor del micrófono me doy cuenta de que es compacto y que es perfecto para usarlo como base en la dji osmo pocket 3 porque aumenta la parte que se pueda agarrar, y además sirve como base si se quiere apoyar sobre una mesa. El receptor también tiene una rosca que permite ponerle un trípode o usar cualquier accesorio se usaría normalmente en una cámara. La cantidad de accesorios que trae este producto es bastante elevada y es por eso que es muy versátil y se presta mucho a la creación de contenido. Una vez que conectas la base y enciendes el micrófono lo reconoce de forma nativa por lo que resulta muy rápido y eso es fundamental cuando no quieres perderte ningún momento. El sistema de sujeción del micrófono me ha encantado porque puedes hacer que no se vea y quede prácticamente invisible, o si quieres puedes dejarlo en la camiseta para que si se vea, pero eso ya es lo que tu decidas y da mucha flexibilidad, por ejemplo si quiero hacer un video de una cena queda más discreto escondido mientras que si hago vlog, podcast no me importa que se vea porque quiero mejor calidad de audio, que en todos los ámbitos me ha parecido excelente. El alcance de la señal es de hasta 20 metros en un entorno real que me parece un gran resultado, y pensado que es para la dji osmo pocket no necesito más. La relación calidad precio me parece muy buena y es un gran producto con una muy buena resistencia y fiabilidad y además con una duración de la batería del micrófono superior a las 4 horas, lo único mejorable es el sistema de carga del micrófono que es mediante un adaptador especial y me habría gustado que fuese más estable o con cable tipo c ya que a veces no se me ha cargado porque ha hecho mal contacto (tambíen es cierto de que lo he puesto a cargar con prisa). Il Cube-OP3 Kit1 della Godox è un concentrato di potenza e tecnologia. Costruito con ottimi materiali e ottime finiture, è progettato specificatamente per il DJI Pocket3, infatti di aggancia perfettamente al corpo della mini videocamera Pocket3 e permette un audio eccellente, nel perfetto stile della qualità Godox. La cosa interessante che, nonostante il ricevitore è specifico per Pocket3, risulta compatibile con altri device - tipo smartphone - dotati di porta USB-C compatibile con il microfono, quindi sia iPhone di ultima generazione che Android, a patto di utilizzare il cavo Usb-C maschio/femmina (fornito nel kit) per la connessione Il microfono è piccolo, con attacco magnetico, e il kit permette sia il posizionamento a clip (magnetica), con il cordoncino (attacco magnetico), oppure il semplice magnete su vestiti, cappelli etc. Il Deat Cat - filtro anti vento - si applica facilmente con un gabbia in silicone sul bordo del microfono. In termini di prestazioni, a mio avviso, supera di gran lunga il DJI Mic2, presente nella configurazione Creator Kit della Pocket3, e non solo considero il Godox Cube OP3 una valida alternativa al Mic2 ma superiore in tutto e per tutto. In termini di capacità audio e funzionale, in aggiunta alla descrizione della scheda prodotto, sottolinea la grande portata e priva di distorsioni, latenza, perdite di segnale; ma anche l’ottimo filtro anti rumore (software) presente nel microfono stesso. Completo il kit con tutti gli accessori e cavi necessari all’uso più disparato e completo. Il costo di circa 140€ (al momento di questa recensione) potrebbe spaventare ad una prima impressione, ma trovo invece che si un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e non solo lo consiglio ma invito all’uso a dispetto del DJI Mic2. 5 stelle per una prodotto veramente ben realizzato e - al momento - privo di sbavature: funzionali e di prestazione.

This wireless microphone is designed to be used with the DJI Pocket 3 camera. The wireless microphone comes in a great little sturdy case, and is simple to charge and pair both the cube and microphone. The microphone clips securely to clothing with the magnet provided. I wanted to try it with my iPhone as it states it can be connected to a phone or laptop and I make little videos for our wildlife product business. Unfortunately there was no way of connecting it to my iPhone 13. I did manage to use it however with my husbands galaxy. The sound is crystal clear and can be picked up from an impressive distance. There is also a noise cancelling button to further improve the sound quality. Both the transmitter and microphone have a premium feel and are small and unobtrusive. I would imagine that coupled with the camera this set up would be amazing. I was disappointed I couldn’t use with my phone, but this doesn’t distract from the quality of this wireless microphone.
