There's probably a horror story out there saying that their wax machine blew up or something but honestly this is such a brilliant wax heater. Does exactly what it says on the tin and I was sent 4 bags of wax beads as well as loads of sticks to apply it. I used it on my legs and the results were great, I don't plan on shaving any time soon because it has taken a good couple of weeks to properly grow back. The only thing I'll say is, you may get wax beads in black and compared to the other colours it was much thicker so it was a little bit difficult to spread. It also dried very quickly, so I would say use that one first and get it out of the way! Happy Waxing :D

Very disappointed with the wax quality!It’s a lot of money to pay and get disappointed.Took two hours for me to wax just the underarms and the wax was just coming out without pulling out any hair 😡

The sticks that you use to apply the wax was missing. So having to see if I can get them somewhere else. Other than that. It came with everything. Not happy about it though.

Bought the Mcrine waxing set for myself. Delivered within 24 hours. The wax beads was ready to use within 20 minutes and it was quick and easy to use. I used it to wax my legs, leaving great results. Highly recommend.

Great quality, good for the money! I would suggest being careful with the plastic handle part as can get quite warm.

Not as good as soft wax. But does what it says
