Excellent OTC hearing aid. Far superior to Audien (don’t expect a refund from Audien within 45 days return period). Vivtone fits my ear perfectly. Background noise is controlled and no feedback. Buy Vivtone instead of Audien.

Did not work for me. Too hard to adjust.

Outstanding hearing aids for the price. Clear, long lasting and like the seven levels of volume. Definitely happy about my purchase.

I've been wearing a BTE Vivtone 8 channel hearing aid for a little over a year and decided to try these. I had tried in the ear previously but my ear canals are small & I couldn't fit them properly. These Ultra Mini fit my ears nicely, just got them yesterday and am getting used to the feeling in my ears but so far okay. The button is small for adjusting sound but I'm sure I will get used to that. I like the 2 different modes and the Mode 1 works fine as I am usually just around the house watching TV or talking to family. The one thing I haven't figured out is the volume control, the manual says there are 7 different levels but I'm not quite sure how many times I have to press the button to change, it doesn't tell you. Going to contact Vivtone customer service & ask. All in All so far, I'm very pleased with these, the BTE were inconvenient behind the ear because I wear glasses and they weren't as comfortable and these are a lot more convenient as well as comfortable. Update 2 days later, had a problem with the right ear whistling, solved it by changing the ear tip in the right ear to the medium size and problem solved. I left the left ear tip the small size because that canal is smaller. Just wanted to let others know this could solve problem if you have whistling in only one ear. I also found that you have to keep pressing the button to change the volume until you reach the desired sound you want. I use @2 in my left ear and @1 in my right ear to get the balance because my hearing is worse in the left side.

I purchased for watching TV, and it was nice. (Helped my family.) I preferred to only use one at a time. But other sounds around me were uncomfortable. Kinda sharp, for lack of a better word. Had to buy smaller silicone pieces for the tips for better fit.

This is an update of a review I wrote when I first got my Vivtone supermini hearing aids. I have had the hearing aids for 2 weeks now, and i like them even more that I thought I was going to. All the claims Vivtone makes about them is totally true. My old ( 6 years ) $2500 hering aids can't hold a candle to these. The sound is crystal clear, and the background noise mode is amazing. It takes a little bit of experimentation with different size ear domes, but once you get the right size figured out you are set to go. Customer support is absolutely outstanding! I had some questions about the differet size ear dome sizes, and my answers were in my email the very next morning. Cindy was knowledgeable, friendly, and a plearsure to deal with. When I think about the thousands I have spent on hearing aids in the past it makes me cringe. I'm a very satisfied customer.

You get what you pay fot.. not able to fit them correctly after trying all the sizes. When they are working, way too loud and control seems none existent, At this point think they are junk!

*****UPDATE SEE BOTTOM OF REVIEW***** I've bought a lot of these over the counter hearing aids and these are the best by far. The sound is great, battery life between charges is more than I had hoped for. Easy to use and easy to set up. A cool feature is once you set them up and put them in the charger they come back out at the settings you picked, even the volume. They are very, very small and the most comfortable pair that I had so far. If you decide to try these, I don't think you will be disappointed. ****UPDATE**** (09/19/2025) After about 2 months of use the right hearing aid stopped producing sound. I could hear the tones when using the button to toggle through the options, but no sound. Checked the wax guard and all the other normal things. It was very hard to get in touch with Vivtone customer service about this problem. My calls would always go to voice mail. Out of desperation I just started spamming the phone number and finally I got a rep. They made me go thorough checking the wax guard even though I told them I had done that. Then they passed me to tech support. This went on for a week. From start to finish it took a little over two weeks to get them to replace the right hearing aid, but not before I mailed the dead one back to them. I now have a USPS tracking number and it looks like the aid will get here on the 22nd of September. I have changed the rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The hearing aids work great, when they work. Customer service is about as bad as it can get and I would rate that service 0 stars. Buy these aids from Vivtone at your own peril! I'm not a happy customer.
