The following is a description of the Bluetooth connection.
①Under normal circumstances, we use Printer Master to connect to the printer. First, please download the APP from Google Play or Apple Store, then turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and then connect the printer in the APP, and finally you can use the printer to print.
Please enter the APP, click "Configuration File"-Use Tutorial-Device Connection, there is a detailed video showing how to connect the printer.
②Check if your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on and on. When installing the device, please select "Allow" for all permissions requested by the application.
Note: If your phone is Android, please open the location information of your phone and connect to Bluetooth.
③Please do not search for the device in the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone system. You need to enter the APP. After searching for the device, click "Printer Master" in the list, or double-click the printer power button to display the QR code and scan the code to connect.
