This is a great home gym. Price was reasonable, especially with the secondary bench. Materials are well constructed. We’ve moved a few times in the short number of months since owning it and was easy to partially disassemble/reassemble. Only complaint at the time was it understandably came in multiple boxes, however the separate bench was a week behind and tracking it was difficult. I got the impression it was left on a shipping dock by mistake. But overall it does the job. I likely will get some additional stackable weights to slip onto the top of the stack to add 5 lb or 10 lb increments as the weight changes based on the pulleys/exercise. Would recommend for the home gym beginner.

First of all, the seller and customer support are amazing! The gym itself is great, the instructions are clear, and the video is helpful to double-check. I assembled it by myself in about 5 hours. I am 5'7" and was worried I was too tall for the machine, but I fit well in it. Only my legs are too short for the leg exercises :)

I used this system for almost two years now. It's a very flexible tool than can exercise many different muscles of your body. With the chain and strap, adaptation of your exercises become even more convenient. Btw, the assortment of assembly parts/screws/nuts are arranged very weĺl to make the assembly a lot easier. Two drawbacks of the system. 1) I had to replace the short hand-bar to one that can freely spin when held in palm. 2) There are two spots the top rope endball can reside. Most of time, the ball can sit at the lower spot against the wheel (no good for the wheel i think). As weight increases to 80 lbs for instance, the ball will slip to the higher spot, which may startle the user and throw the rope off the track. One rest spot for the end ball is preferred.

I love this gym! It works for everything! I received a damaged part of the front frame but got a hold of the company and they sent out the replacement part free of charge and it got here promptly! Best customer service! Completely satisfied and would buy again and recommend to friends!

Work well

Machine OK, don’t expect to get the work out that you’re planning to get on the machine but you can get a different workout if you get used to the fact that the machine works on different muscles than it supposed to because of its awkward size. But it’s very small and compact so that’ll help. Several people of different heights and weights sat in it. None of us could really get our arms in a good positioning and it’s really hard to get into when you wanna sit in the seat because of how compact and narrow it is even if you were near 5 feet, but especially if you’re 6 feet or more. That’s not to say it can’t be used because it can be used, it’ll just be a bit tight to get into your body will be an awkward position. So the exercise that you’re doing to attain a workout in certain muscle will probably work out a different muscle, for example Things that are supposed to work out Your chest will work out your shoulders arms or your back because of the positioning of it. Things that are supposed to work out your back will work out your triceps or your chest or something else. Who were lucky enough to try machines from other brands right next to this machine to see if it works similarly but it works out different muscles than intended, however, it is still getting a workout nonetheless. All of the machinery is very close in proximity. Would be nice to be excited about it, but it’s not made for everyone. Of the different people in different sizes of people here, it didn’t really work out for anyone. It seems to be made for a child, but a tall child, without narrow it is. There’ll certainly be use gotten out of it. Aside from the arms that are not cut properly or align properly to where one side I cannot Put the prong in the hole to prevent it from attempting doing both exercises at once, which prevents you from getting getting any exercise at all— it has some use. The machine looks good. The metal is of a decent quality that as high-quality as the machines that are around it By superior for the price point. It’s fun to see and it’s fun to get off which is encouraging for a workout time. Walking past it makes you want to use it. It’s always sad when the arms don’t work because the prong won’t go in, but there is a different machine nearby that does the same thing. It works really well. i’m proud of them for this unit. Putting together something so comprehensive and compact. As long as you’re willing to work with the obstacles and figure out what muscles are being worked during your workout so that you can adjust them to your split or work out plan, it’s a good buy.

Shipping took an extra week but I'm not going to hold that against the machine itself. It seems to be a pretty good machine except that I'm 6'2" and I can barely fit without bumping my head and I can't use my full range of motion because the weight stack keeps hitting. Otherwise it does what it says.
