I have known this brand for years, usually I buy from local store. But got a really good deal on Prime days. It’s ready good option for breakfast, instead of milk, which makes my stomach feel bad.

I get to know this product from my coworker. I drink it every morning with bread and fried eggs. It provides the protein I need for the day. I feel very energic to start my work everyday. It's also easy to carry. So will buy it again after finish it.

I’m always trying out Asian products so as someone aware of Asian flavors I’d give it 4 out of 5 on taste. Smell is like soy , texture is a bit grainy and taste is much like nutty sesame notes. Clearly if you suffer from nut or soy allergies it’s not for you . I first followed it as advised. Add hot or cold water to 1 stick mix well and sweeten with milk . You can add hot or cold milk as well to mix stick but I don’t advise that . You can use any milk or just leave out the milk. I used lactose free cow milk in mine but I bet almond would accompany it well. You can also use this product as a base for smoothies if you’d like. Add the water + stick + any seeds/grains + vegetable powder or dried veg and sweeten with milk when finished. I plan to use this drink as a substitute for meals as it’s very filling. Will buy again. One last thing : please don’t complain about pricing the product may be cheaper in Asia but it is imported so I think we should give the seller a break! Hope it’s helpful !
