I absolutely love this elastic butcher's twine! I've ordered it several times now, and it has become a staple in my kitchen. It’s perfect for roast chicken, prime rib, porchetta, and more. Because I do not like my food to sit in a pool of grease, I do not roast, but rather use a rotisserie whenever possible. Elastic twines came with my rotisserie but finding more was a headache. These from Amazon filled the bill quite nicely and I am very pleased.
