UPDATE: Turns out you can't just get the adapter by itself through normal channels, so don't lose it. I did come up with one, though, and my suspicions were confirmed. You do have to use the dongle instead of Bluetooth if you want the full functionality. It is a notably improved experience, but it will tie up a USB port. You can use Bluetooth, but it doesn't sound as good and the surround doesn't work. I'll leave it as four stars. They're "fine". However, I've yet to get them to show up in the G Hub software. I suspect that you have to pair it using that Lightning adapter instead of just Bluetooth, but I haven't found any documentation to this effect. Regardless, mine didn't come with the adapter and I'm not even sure I have available USB ports. They're a significant upgrade over the Arctis 9X that I was using. (Stay away from those, they're actual garbage.) Battery life is very good. Sound quality is mid, but I haven't been able to get to an EQ yet to make any adjustments. They're a little heavy, but not enough to be uncomfortable. They adjust and fit pretty well also. I'd recommend these if you want to try to deal with the G Hub issues. I'll try to remember to update this once I order the adapter for it, since mine was missing.
