Fan stopped working.
This is by far the worst fan I have ever purchased. Within just 60 days of buying the Amazon BLDC Eco fan with IR sensor, it completely stopped working. The fan got jammed and refuses to spin, and to make things worse, the remote also stopped working at the same time. For a product that is supposed to be new and energy-efficient, this is nothing but a waste of money. The build quality feels cheap, the performance is unreliable, and it clearly has no durability. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this fan to anyone.

Worst and cheap quality product
I bought the fan and it took 3 weeks for me to install it since I had shifted my residence. Immediately after installation, the fan made weird noise, after 45 mts it stopped functioning. Now it’s not even moving . I have crossed the return window due to delayed installation, now can’t even do that. There is no warranty on the product too. Total waste of money and they are marketing cheap products in amazons brand. I got to hear from the professional that, this is a common issue with this type of fan from Amazon. I lost my money and trust in amazons products.

Poor Fan Service
Its worst experiance. Within 4 days one fan stopped working...and after 2 days second fan stopped working...when we are asking for help on customer service they are telling to call to seller and given us one mail id to mail the issue...after that they are asking invoice copy, video proof again and again but no any reaponce receoved aftrr sending all proof so many time...aftrr 10 days of communation on dated 17.11.2025 they are telling they are not seller....really i have to wait for 10 days without fan ...but no peeson came or i didnt received my refund also.....still i am waiting for reply..i need to purchase new fans....its very worst experiance for my new shifted house.... Dont buy this product...

Defective Product, No Warranty, and Extremely Poor Support
I purchased this product on Amazon, and unfortunately it turned out to be a defective item. Because I installed it after 30 days, I couldn’t identify the issue earlier. When I contacted the customer support team, they clearly stated that the product has no warranty and that I must get it repaired by a local electrician at my own cost. Amazon also refused to help, saying that the product listing mentioned no warranty, so they cannot provide any support. This means a faulty product was sold, and customers are left with no assistance. This feels like a scam, and I am sharing my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap. If you are considering buying this item, please be careful—there is no warranty, no customer support, and a high risk of receiving a defective product.
