I love the bright color, the epinephrine label and that there isnt extra room. The two pens exactly fit perfect so not so bulky in my purse. Clearly labeled for flying. Nice semi hard protective case.

Perfect for holding epinephrine auto injectors. Slim case but large enough to hold two pens (never separate) plus a couple of additional OTC meds to treat reactions.

This actually very nice, and sturdy. Good size to hold two EPI pens without the protective shell that they come in from the pharmacy. I like the colour, and it's high visibility orange, and the label on the front identifying it. I think it's a good value for the money given what its job is for! I also bought that you'll find here on Amazonis a couple of EPI-PEN medical ID tags. I placed one on this pen holder directly, and the other tag on the outside of my day-bag that I carry everywhere that you see right away.

Great for purse or bag. I pretty much carry this on my at all times and I like the hard shell to keep things protected. I keep the instructions and some other medication in the pouch as well. I plan to add a wallet card too.

Very happy, pens are an exact fit. Nice touch is the strap. Hope I never have to use them.
