These bands are a nice addition to my workout schedule. On days I don't want to go to the gym, or don't have time, but I still want to do a workout, these bands are the perfect option. They won't replace the workout I get with free weights or nautilus machines, but they are a nice way to still work out in the comfort of your own home. I think they are best for when you are working on tone, so you can do lots of reps. Still, it's important to maintain proper form to prevent injuries.

Used one of my bands for TWO SETS! and it broke on the end. Very poorly crafted bands. If they can’t last more than one work out session, they should definitely reconsider the design.

I have not used it perfectly, but the material of the band seems to be good.
