Does the job. A little pricey though
Bought this for my husband for Christmas per his request. It seems to do the job that he wanted, it’s basically a super fancy scanner. He scans engineered car products with it. I have noticed it takes a long time to set up for every use (assuming you don’t have the space to leave it out), so between that and the price I knocked 2 stars off. Really expensive for a “nice” camera in my opinion. But then again, I’m not the user or target market for this product.

No software
I am not sure how it worked really. I was not able to download it’s software from their website. It does come with a cd but most computers don’t have cds anymore. I contacted them and I got no reply. I also noticed it’s not a very flexible camera. You can only but object below but the camera isn’t movable.

Useless
No English doc. The driver doe not load reliably. plugging/unplugging. Worked this way for a few days, now nothing. Win10 notices its plugged in and unplugged but nothing useful happens. I can't see anything in Device Manager that is productive. Plug in dc power supply nothing. Only English was 1800a2 on the box and from there I found software on their website. Current win10.

Love it
Show retail customers options with ease via zoom meetings. Very easy to assemble. Plug it in and it’s ready. It’s helped us run our business so much easier.
