I thought I was ordering bran flakes, but other than needing more milk it tastes very much the same but with added nutrition. I have an app on my tablet that provides very detailed nutrition on many thousands of food. This cereal seems to be at the top of the nutrition list for cereals.

It has a sweet aftertaste that I can’t get rid of even after brushing my teeth. It does taste great with milk. It can be a bit dry to eat just by itself. It also helps with passing stool as it has a lot of fiber. Overall, a healthy cereal.

It is an easy way to get one's daily fiber and it is so good in Bran Muffins especially with raisins (or currants, my preference) and some molasses.
