I recently purchased this book and overall, I’m quite impressed. It is perfectly designed for Class 12 students preparing for the 2026 CBSE exams, covering everything you need — simplified theory, CBQs, MCQs, A-R, and picture-based questions. It also includes board questions up to 2025 and sample papers, which makes it extremely exam-focused. ✅ Pros: • Content is well-structured and easy to understand. • Covers both theory and practical work, so no need to refer to multiple sources. • Questions are updated and relevant for current CBSE patterns. • Recommended by teachers and toppers — and rightly so! ⚠️ Minor Cons (not dealbreakers): • The paper quality is a bit low, though manageable. • Photos are in black and white, which might reduce visual clarity for some topics. • No mind maps are included — a small addition that could have enhanced revision. • There was a minor scratch on the side of the book when delivered. 💬 Verdict: Despite a few small drawbacks, this is an excellent book for students who truly want to understand and score well in Physical Education.
