This device worked seamlessly with my set up and enabled the use of 2 additional monitors for my Macbook Air M3 (2024 model). its very quiet, (almost silent) and the inclusion of a locking support for the host USB-C connector (similar to the old screw in VGA connectors) is excellent and provides peace of mind for a stable connection. The external power supply means that the host's power supply is no longer needed and the host can be powered and connected all through one USB-C/ Thunderbolt cable. My last dockw as for an Intel mac and did not work with the M3 Air. I didnt mind spending the extra money for this device and I do not regret it at all. The previous device used to have moments of intermitent connectivity, where as this WAVLINK worked straight out of the box, once the driver was installed. Excellent value for money. I have not tested it with other devices but for my needs its perfect.

Works perfectly with the new MacBook Pros. Got 2 ultra wide monitors and a 4k tv all running on it. Got sound converter for spdif output and lots of usb devices, webcam/mic, midi keyboard. Very very good product for the price.

Build is solid, with a cushioned base that holds position. Ports are clearly labelled and spaced well — no crowding. USB-C cable screws into the dock for a secure fit, but adds setup friction. A small screwdriver is included. Triple display logic works, but not plug-and-play. Driver install is required for DisplayLink ports. HDMI (Alt Mode) gives clean 4K output; the other two ports cap out at 2K and may struggle with higher-res monitors. Some trial and error needed for full deployment. Power delivery is stable. Charges laptop at 100W while running peripherals. Ethernet holds a solid connection. SD/TF slots and audio jack behave as expected. Dock warms slightly under load but not excessively. Best suited for static setups — desk-based workflows with multiple screens and peripherals. Not tuned for gaming or frequent replugging. Once configured, it streamlines cable clutter and handles mixed devices well.

Easy. Plugged in, worked immediately: no faffing around. Works on both my windows and iOS laptops - connecting them to two screens.

Been looking for the right product to extent my MacBook Pro M3 to 2 monitors. Downloaded and installed Displaylink driver (link provided ) no problem. With the Wavelink all set up I Launched Displaylink on my Mac and there it was. 2 monitors just like my HP Elitebook. Added bonus was a HDMI lead was hanging from the tv. Plugged it directly into the Mac and now I have 4 screens (including the built in display). Great product and great solution to multi screen use for Mac users.

I’ve been using this docking station with my Mac and it’s been fantastic. It handles triple displays really well, I run one 4K monitor and two 2K monitors without any lag, which makes multitasking so much easier. The 100W USB C charging keeps my laptop powered while I work and the extra USB ports, Ethernet and SD/TF slots mean I don’t need any other adapters. Setup was straightforward and everything works reliably with both Mac and Windows. A really versatile and convenient docking solution for anyone needing multiple displays and extra connectivity.

Cumpre o que faz com distinção. Após instalar o software DisplayLink é mesmo plug and play. Está sempre à distância de um clique no botão ON/OFF e ligar o cabo. Tenho 3 monitores e ligam sem problemas ao meu Macbook e ainda carrega. Recomendo.

Doesn’t work with a MBP M4 as advertised. Every permutation of cable doesn’t work.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON MOUSE LAG: When I first set this up I was getting horrible mouse lag on the monitors connected over DisplayLink. After testing, this is caused by using DisplayLink Manager v14+. Instead, download v13.1 from the DisplayLink site and this will fix the issue. I tested with v13.0, v13.0( from Wavlink’s site), v13.1, v14.0, and v14.1. For both v14 and v14.1, there was extreme mouse lag. For all v13 versions, there was no lag at all. Putting this at the top as it almost made me return it before I figured it out Works great used with a MacBook Pro to connect to 3 external monitors. I have it connected to 2x 2560x1080 ultrawide as well as a 2560x1440 monitor as well. It runs one of the ultrawide and the 1440p over DisplayLink at 60hz and the other ultrawide at 144hz over the HDMI Alt mode.

Ottima connessione con due monitor Samsung Odissey, sia con Macbook (scaricando software apposito) sia con Windows (solamente con porta VGA o HDMI, no software). Alta definizione e veloci tempi di risposta.
