So I bought the cheap versions of these and they didn’t work. They also ripped and fell apart after a couple uses. I should have just bought these but they are a bit on the pricy side so I was hesitant. I’m so glad I got them though. They really force your toes apart and hold them in place. The spacer for the big toe is larger than the rest which is great. They’re curved too so they align to the shape of the foot nicely. My fourth toe on my left foot naturally sits half way beneath my third toe. It’s from wearing high heels for years. I want to correct that as well as a couple burgeoning hammer toes. I also want to improve my foot health and flexibility. I wore toe separators for hours after painting my toes so I thought I’d be able to jump right in with these but I had to take them off after a half hour which was great! I was so pleased since that meant I was getting a much more significant stretch. I’ve had them for a couple months now and I can wear them for an hour or two a day. They’re a bit awkward to walk in but I want to spend a good amount of time wearing them around the house so I end up walking in them. That’s really the only drawback for me. They’re durable, easy to clean, and provide a deep stretch. They hold the toes securely in place and keep them apart. My feet feel so good after wearing them. Hopefully with time I’ll be able to correct my two overlapping toes with these. Highly recommend! If you want these, get these, the real deal. The cheap knockoffs are not the same (I know bc I tried them). They’re a waste of money. The real Yoga Toes will last forever and provide the benefits you’re looking for.

I had my last pair of Yoga Toes for 30+ years (🫣😱) and one day they randomly got sticky and fell apart. I’m so thankful they still make these and they appear to be the same quality. The only bummer is you can no longer pick your favorite color, but they work the same to align my toes and help my feet/overall posture. Highly recommend.

Omg my feet feel so much better I swore by these back when I wore heels but since living more natural I quit using them thinking I was fine Boy! Since they arrived I’ve had em on for hours & it has straightened my feet out & relieved pain underneath my feet My mother used to say these helped with her knee issues because it’s all connected Don’t get the knock offs, yoga toes will last for years… and so will your feet!

I've had a yet-undiagnosed issue which has caused one of my feet to swell for months. Although I've been to several podiatrists, none have made a definite diagnosis much less treatment plan as of yet. However, I have noticed that putting cotton balls between my toes has helped at night. As an extension of this, I have decided to try YogaToes as cotton balls are not very practical in the long term. I will be updating this post as I see (or don't see) results. The build quality of these seems sufficient. The material is very durable, and I don't see it tearing or warping with normal use. It's EXTREMELY sticky though. If you have pets, these will quickly become gross if you walk around as they attract every stray hair. They are basically like large, toe-shaped sticky hands. You can clean them easily with regular soap and water, though, so it's not really a big deal. 6/25/2015: So far, I've been using these for about a week and already I'm noticing significantly less swelling during the day. My foot feels really good after wearing the YogaToes in the morning. I've been gradually building up my tolerance to wearing the YogaToes for longer periods of time, but they still get really uncomfortable in about 15 minutes. 7/09/2015: I haven't been using my YogaToes every night. Some nights, I forget because I'm in less pain while other nights I am reminded to use them with every step I take. There has been a significant decrease in the swelling I experience, probably around 30% at this point. I can wear the YogaToes for much longer periods of time, but my pinky toe becomes very uncomfortable.

I've previously been wearing a combination of the "Mind Bodhi Toe Separators", "ProFoot Vita-Gel Toe Spacer", and another generic toe separator (the one that encircles one toe like a toe-ring with pad on one side). The price difference was a holding me of off on buying the YogaToes (which I'd heard a bit about) until I decided I might as well try, considering I already have 3 sets of toe separators now.. Background: Broke my foot a few months back. My right foot, sesamoids (basically at base of big toe). After that healed, had on/off toe pain after certain activities, especially in tight shoes. While I always had some moderate bunions on both feet (and hammer toe) (and minor bunionettes) (my feet are wack, apparently), they never caused me pain until after the injury. E.g. my left and right foot seem to have same degree of bunions, but only my right troubles me now after the injury. The other toe separators I got are nice because they can be wore with shoes, but the YogaToes honestly do feel like the best, and I wish I got em sooner. These can't be wore with shoes, in fact even just walking in them around the house is somewhat awkward (completely doable though). So I can't wear 'em all day like I did the other toe separators. However, I don't need to. They do have a fairly big stretch, none of the other separators come close. And they can cause some discomfort until you get used to them. But with that big stretch, it really does feel like a half-hour to hour is enough to relieve issues for the rest of the day. Granted, I still use a combination of everything, so I can't pinpoint it on a single thing, but since I added the YogaToes to my arsenal, I haven't had any pain flare up in my toes again. Even in climbing shoes, which are very tight and usually the thing that can aggravate my toes. Even if you aren't injured, take care of your feet! I recommend this for anyone. It just feels really good to stretch out your toes like that. I look forward to putting these on.
