I tried this when I could not find my higher dose brand. It works just as well as higher cost supplements. My only con is I needed to take more capsules.

Good value
You get a Big Bang for your buck with this product...have used beta glucan for years for enhancing immunity. Always difficult to know whether supplements work, but this seems like it works well.
